What a great place to stay! The hospitality shown by Luis is stunning. His kindness and generosity are sublime. I have never seen such a complementary welcome pack in my life. The accommodation is like a tardist, it looks small and quaint from the outside but on entering the place it just keeps going. Everything is so clean and comfortable. The on-site pool area is also very clean and tidy with very fresh saltwater. I’d be very happy to return to this apartment again in the future. Thank you once again Luis for making our stay so pleasurable.

The value for money at this place was incredible, with a spacious and well-kept room. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the port area. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even providing a generous welcome pack and offering free accommodation if our flight was cancelled.

The hotel breakfast menu could be improved with more variety or perhaps some local specialties.

As a frequent traveler, I often stay in various hotels during transit, and my recent stay at Apartamentos Carlota in Puerto del Carmen was perfect for this purpose. What stood out to me the most was the excellent location, with the nearest airport just 6 km away. This proximity made my journey smooth and convenient, allowing me to easily catch my flights without any hassle. It was such a relief to have such close access to transportation options.

During my stay at Apartamentos Carlota, I did encounter one minor issue that could be improved upon. The lack of clear signage made it quite difficult for me to locate the property upon arrival.

Had a blast using the terrace and patio, perfect for people-watching. Parking was such a thrill, especially the private part. And who needs real nature when you have free WiFi?

Couldn't find any Lanzarote-themed towels or lava bath mats. Disappointing.
